drop-out pupil "drop-out pupil" means a person who is not attending compulsory education in a school or a pupil who does not attend school for a period of more than three days consecutively, but does not include a pupil who is not attending school by reason of truancy, health problems or having been exempted by the Minister under subsection 29 A (3) from attending compulsory education.
